Keynote vc PowerPoint
I got a new MacBookAir . Do I have to download PowerPoint or Keynote will do the same job.

Keynote is not identical with Powerpoint. It does offer a lot of features, so if you have time to learn, take it. however if you do not want to, or if you prefer to stay with Microsoft, you can purchase Powerpoint for your MacBook Air.
If you google it, I bet you will find somebody has done a comparison of the two, which may help you decide.
