Can’t change the size of s boot camp partition

When setting up my boot camp partition it won’t let me choose any size but 37gb or 40gb. I can’t drag the selector. Disk utility says there are 4 volumes. It also says I have 500gb free on my Mac partition. When I use boot camp assistant it says the mac partition has 5 BG free 2014 Mac mini 1tb Mojave

Boot normally, and post the output of


sudo tmutil listlocalsnapshots /


Notice the trailing space followed by "/". You have 8 snapshots that need to be deleted.
