I cant find private window choice on safari

recently i cant find private window choice in safari, how i can get it back?

Is Restrictions/Screen Time enabled?
Make sure you have your passcode/password ready.
Tap
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter your password/pass code.
Content Restrictions > Web content > Web content > Unrestricted Acess
Tap “Unrestricted Access”.
Open Safari and check.
