Safari preferences from safari menu bar
Apparently safari doesn’t have a menu bar, I need to click on safari prefrences

Safari has a menu bar on Mac computers. On your iPhone, some of the options that you might find in Preferences in the menu bar on a Mac are in the Settings app. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down and tap Safari there.
