This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. I asked the moderators to remove your email since this is a worldwide public forum and posting an email address is a good way to get spam. You need to get a valid payment method to make in app purchases.

You can use iTunes gift cards as a payment method.
Who can help me to buy something in game CSR2 it’s saying the purchase didn’t work contact the support? Who is support for apple? The credit card has money and I added founds but still can’t buy in game!
