Purchase approval for child

My daughter is trying to purchase something from ROBLOX which I’ve agreed to. Firstly I couldn’t find the parental approval request. Finally I do but cc details were out of date on PayPal (don’t use it much). Have updated but when she tries again she just gets a message telling her purchase has been cancelled and to try later. Help ...
