When I try to print photos using AirPrint, it enlarges them to full page, which sometimes crops part of the photo out. This is especially bad when I try to print screenshots. Is there some setting that I can change so that AirPrint will print the photo/screenshot as it is without cropping or enlarging?

Search the App Store for a printing app. Your printer manufacturer may have a free option. These apps can let you “fit to page” or resize images.
