Hello,
Ive been unable to load the Victoria’s Secret or Pink websites or apps using my iPhone 6s, XR or iPad. It must be a setting but I’m not sure which one. I’ve switched off the block cookies button but I’m not sure where to go from there. Anyone have a solution?

Go to Settings/Screen time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - Content Restrictions. Under Web content does it say Limit Adult Websites?

Is there a message suggesting it is an adult rated site?
if so it is your internet provider you need to contact to have your account parental controls removed.
Ok that is just not getting fully loaded. At the very least go to Settings, Safari, Clear website history and data.
Try Chrome browser out of interest.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have tried those suggestions previously. None of which worked. These are the only to apps/websites I’ve been unable to load. I can get on the websites on my laptop, just not on my iPad & iPhone. I’ve never had a problem loading any other websites or apps.
Thanks for replying, no there are no messages. These are the only 2 apps/websites that I’ve been unable to load. I am able to get on the websites on my laptop just not my iPad or iPhone. When I try to get to the website the blue bar at the top only goes as far as what my picture shows and that’s all that happens.
