Can I restore a note from my iCloud backup month ago?

I accidently deleted an note on my iPhone in June 2018 which was restored in an iCloud backup in Mai 2018.

My question: Is it possible to restore this note from my iCloud backup? How far back ar iCloud backups saved?

How can I restore this certain note from my iCloud backup back to my iPhone?
