Can I restore a missing/deleted Note from my iPhone backup. It’s not appearing in Recently Deleted files so cannot restore from iCloud that way. I didn’t even realise it had been deleted but it contains a build up of data over many years. Last touched probably June 2022.

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
all my notes are stored on iCloud. So as it’s probably been 30 days since accidental deletion I was thinking I could restore from an iPhone backup?
