Macbook deleted every single app!?

I'be got a macbook from ''late 2013'' that apparently has deleted every single application. The computer won't show any of the apps, and the ones that are in the toolbar, are all question marks, even apples own applications... The only thing i can open is the finder, nothing else.

I've never seen something like this, what can i do?

Best regards
