My Apple ID is disabled from AppStore and iTunes

So now I’m facing this proble when I tried to install an app from AppStore its says your Apple ID is disabled from AppStore and Itunes and now I factory reset my phone.And guess what i can’t download anything or install anything

so please help me

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     




If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
