kernel panic - CPU 0 - 2009 Macbook

I keep having a kernel panic on my 2009 Macbook. The IOS was just updated and the hardware is all new. I have tried resetting the NVRAM but to no avail.

Attached is the report. Could someone please help me figure out what is going on? Thank you in advance!

Do you have any external devices connected? If so, disconnect them and see if the panics continue. If they do continue to happen, then it probably means a hardware failure.
