Your feed has no episodes (and neither does the SoundCloud page linked to). Given that, I would have expected it to be rejected immediately upon submission (the delay before acceptance or rejection is for the staff to listen to the top episode to check you haven't breached any guidelines). Have you deleted an episode since submitting it? In any case, a feed with no episodes isn't a podcast and won't be accepted.
