Please help me, Apple Podcast. My Podcast always failed to submit.

Dear Apple Podcasts,

I have a problem, and I hope Apple will help me.

I have 2 Podcasts, whose names are (Podcast Masa Sekolah) and (Podcast Carito Minang).

At that time, I validated and submitted both podcasts. For the Podcast Masa Sekolah, it has been successfully aired on iTunes.

While the problem is in the Podcast Carito Minang, from the time of submission until now it has always failed.

Every time I try to add and submit an RSS feed Podcast Carito Minang on iTunes Connect, a message always appears

"Podcast successfully submitted for review.

You successfully submitted your podcast for review. Apple will send you an email once the review process is complete."

Podcast Carito Minang always failed for review.

Likewise, with the email I received. The email title is 

"Apple Podcasts Feed Error Notification", 

the message is like this.

"Dear Podcast Provider,

An error was encountered while trying to add your feed, [https://anchor.fm/s/1dbf3304/podcast/rss].

Please correct the error and submit your feed again. For additional information, please consult the podcast FAQ at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/faq.html and technical specifications at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/techspecs.html.

Regards,"

Please help Apple Podcasts to fix this.

I have tried the first method (submit rss feed https://anchor.fm/s/c569030/podcast/rss), this uses email (aliffajri@live.com) and when I validate the words "Can't read your feed" . "

And I have also tried the second method (submit from a different account with rss feed https://anchor.fm/s/1dbf3304/podcast/rss -> This link should appear on iTunes), this uses email (podcastcaritominang@gmail.com) and when I validate successfully but when I submit the message appears "Podcast successfully submitted for review.

You successfully submitted your podcast for review. Apple will send you an email once the review process is complete. "

But it's still a notification coming into the "Apple Podcasts Feed Error Notification" email.

One more thing that makes me confused, every time after I submit why podcasts whose status is "Submitted for Review" always disappear every time I refresh or log in? I also do not know the certainty of the status of my podcast on this one. 

He said "Submit for Review", why do I keep getting "Apple Podcasts Feed Error Notification" emails? Surely this is very confusing. Basically, all the ways you told me to, I've done it. But it doesn't make a difference. 

How else can I do it? I ask for help to be fixed. If it's in the review stage, I shouldn't have received another error message to the email.

Please Apple Podcasts, I'm very frustrated with this. Even though I used 2 different accounts, but there were no results.
