I can’t get any earbuds to work with my iPhone 8 Plus. Have tried 4 different pairs. They all work with my husbands iPhone 6 Plus.
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility
Scroll down to just below Phone Noise Cancellation and you should see a slider with a L - R notation. Move the ball to the center.

Get a flashlight and a toothpick and try cleaning out any lint/debris/bugs/etc. from the Lightning connector.
Your post is really a bit vague from the title to the post. You've actually tried multiple Bluetooth wireless headphones and they pair but won't play? Or for all of them you just hear sound in one ear?
Thanks you for responses. I have cleaned the port. Yes. I have tried 2 sets of corded & 2 sets of Bluetooth earbuds. All 4 onlyndeliver sound out of one side.
Thanks Deggie! You solved my problem. My ball was all the way Left. I had no idea this was an option. Have been an Apple customer for a while because I am not tech savvy and their products are so user friendly but still am only scratching the survive of their intricacies. Thanks
Only one earbud works. Have tried original ( came with my 8 plus), and a Bluetooth set. Second time around tried a new set of Bluetooth same result, one ear. The sets works on husbands 6plus.
