macbook screen imprinted image

Hi there,

So I fell asleep watching a movie on my macbook last night and for some reason the last image from the movie has stayed on my screen despite quitting the application. i've tried shutting down and restarting my computer but for some reason the image wont go away... as you can see in the attached image my computer screen appears to have an imprint of the film stuck to it... please help!!!
