Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Apple TV won’t connect despite all my other devices working fine including my other Apple TV. Won’t accept correct password just comes up unable to connect. Have restored to factory setting Have at least 5 Ethernet cables but they are all too short grr. Any suggestions -apart from getting a longer cable.

Wifi password. Also tried to use my iPhone to set up Apple TV again using the automatic set up , connects to the phone but still won’t recognise wifi. They are all on the same network as my laptop iPad and phone all of which are working fine
Well bizarrely having left it with no power on it’s has now reconnected! Yeah thanks for your help just has to put in my Netflix account details again
What model Apple TV? What firmware is it running?
It’s a 4th generation running tvOS 12.11
Are you referring to your wifi password or Apple ID?
