I ran into the same problem. Updated with Microsoft (and it solved the problem of Word running terribly slowly), but somehow still can't get Outlook to download from the App Store. I keep getting the spinning circle and have to Force Quit store apps to keep it from draining the battery). Not sure why all the other Microsoft Programs are fine except for Outlook.

Yes. 2011 to a newer version is not a free update.

Don't purchase Office 2016. It will work, but has been replaced by Office 2019. It's either that, or the monthly/yearly subscription Office 365.

The Outlook issue is also happening with me as well and this is happening after the update of the ios version and I am getting outlook 0x8004010f while accessing the outlook app.

Does IOS run Mojave 10.14.2? I am having a similar issue with IOS 12.2...
