Macbook Pro late 2012 - cannot delete Bootcamp partition

I have a Windows partition that practically never used. Now I want to remove it but Bootcamp Assistant gives the message "Boot disk cannot be divided into partitions or restored into a single partition" (more or less, I am translating from Italian) and "Install or remove Windows 10" check box is grayed out.

This is the output of diskutil list command:

To get back to a 'normal' state, run

Step 1

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC1 disk0s3

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC2 disk0s4

diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ BCMP disk0s3 disk0s4

diskutil list

Step 2

If you see only disk0s3 as the last entry under disk0, then run

diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s3

and retry removing the partition using BC Assistant only.

Thanks for your answer.

That's weird because I never intentionally installed beta versions and always upgraded from Apple Store (!), currently I''m on 10.14 Mojave

From what can you tell that I am running a beta ?

I upgraded to 10.14.3
