Updating credit card information

Just received an email that I need to update my credit card for my iCloud storage. Where do I do this on the iCloud site or do I just update it on my iPhone?

You can change an account's card details directly on a device, or on your computer's iTunes : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

Where do i update my credit card used for iCloud storage I got an email yesterday verified that it was from an apple.com domain saying I needed to update my credit card that auto-charges the $0.99/month.
