CA secure browser 7.2

my sister accidentally open this application on my mac and it fill the whole screen(just all white) and can't shutdown my mac. Pls . can anyone help me.

Safari problem on El Capitan I'm re-posting this as the original thread seemed to disappear: A friend is running an iMac mid 2007. The last effective OS was El Capitain for that model of iMac. Safari Help PLEEEASE Hello all of you brilliant people that are so much smarter than me and so generously offer help. I have a problem with Safari not opening. I had some (maybe) Malware that may have snuck in through Chrome. I think it was auto mac fixer. I deleted the app, and deleted Chrome completely. That's when Safari died. I've tried reinstalling OSx and looked through my firewall permissions. I've tried disk utility. I just can't figure it out. As this forum has a limit on words, I am posting the error stuff with screen shots. I hope that they turn out large enough to see. Thank you so very much in advance to anyone who tries to help...

mac showing "not secure" in browser Hi, I've been having this problem with Macbook air for the last several months. When I visit various website with, either through Chrome or Safari, it shows the "not secure" message in the browser tab. On some sites, I'm unable to access certain functions and unable to view certain images on the website as a result. The "not secure" message has been showing up on many sites, which leads me to believe it's an issue with mac browser rather than the website itself being not secure. Can you please assist? Thank you, athina

Hello ruffa88,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your Mac computer.

If the application is in full screen, you should be able to move the cursor to the top of the screen, and the Menu bar should then be visible to exit full screen.

If not, try hitting the escape key. This article talks about full screen: Use apps in full screen on Mac - Apple Support

If you get to the Apple, you can choose to force quit that application also: How to force an app to quit on your Mac - Apple Support

If neither of those work, you can hold the power button down until it powers off. This article talks bout this: How to turn your Mac on or off - Apple Support

"Press and hold the power button to turn off your Mac only if it isn't responding. You'll lose unsaved changes to any documents that you have open."

Then, you can power your computer back on, and log back in. Thanks and have a wonderful day.
