My Apple Watch it’s 13 months old and now the battery will not last longer than 12 hours. It used to last up to 2 days. I have taken it to the store they said it was fine. It can’t be. I have reduced most of its activity and still no use. Any ideas?

Hi thanks. I have already seen that information which does not help me at all. There is no data there that can help at all with this problem. It’s very frustrating as it seemed to get to 12 months old to the day and start with this problem. I have been into store and they could only look at the past 7 days and reported the battery life was high still. ?? I am very confused my watch now doesn’t last a full working day. If it’s charged to 100 % and I wear it for bed 6 hours later it’s lost 25% which can’t be right.
Downloaded latest update last night. Watch is on charge at the minute so will try and unpair and connect it again. Annoying thing is am still paying for the watch well it’s with my health insurance and not afternoon gym sessions can’t get logged unless I walk around with a charger on me all day... a bit pointless
The only thing I would suggest is a unpair and start afresh. As they maybe apps draining the battery. Also update the Watch to 5.1.3. Ta
