Hi,
I have a iPhone 7 with latest IOS 12.1.3 version on it. Previous i was using Vodafone service then i ported to Jio and when i try to check LTE option to control it i can't see any LTE option on it.
In Settings -> Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> I can only see Data Roaming which is enabled and nothing else related to LTE or Volte options.
Please anyone could let me know how to enable it.

That's a carrier service. Contact Jio and explain your problem.

your device could be locked by Vodafone, and needs to be unlocked, if you're eligible. Read this:

Yes i tried manytime but no luck.
This phone is a factory unlocked phone not associated with any carrier provider. Please find the attached screenshot of my phone. This will give some idea what i want to explain you.
Is your Iphone 7 a A1778 model?
Settings>General>About>Model... then tap on it.
Have you already tried to "force" restart your iP7?
Press and hold both Side (power) and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release both buttons, wait for your iphone to restart, then test it.

I check with carrier and they told there is nothing they can do. Internet is working but i can't control it.
Jio told to check with apple.
