Hello, I want to contact the Russian support service, being a citizen of Azerbaijan.
However, there is one problem, about a month ago when i tried to access the site and find out contacts, etc. , still pops up to this day: "We apologize. At the moment, the request cannot be executed."
What does it mean? How do I contact them and what is needed for this?
Same with american support btw.

You are welcome. You do not need to send a request prior to contacting Apple ID Support by telephone. If they are busy, you will be put on hold until they can get to you. If the wait time is long, you might be offered a chance to enter your telephone number, and you will then receive a call back when the wait is shorter.

However you haven't understood me properly.The link you provided to me that "Work through the screens to get a chat option" along with Apple Support by e-mail or chat Apple Support Contact isn't working at all. I'm getting this since December : "We apologize. At the moment, the request cannot be executed."
But from the link Apple ID Support (2) i see the number i needed to call. Will it work in this case if i call them? Don't you need to send a request first in order to find out the exact time and day of the call?
