I deleted internal drive and then restored from external drive / My Passport for Mac but I still can see windows in the boot menu. Is there a proper fix as I tried nearly all solutions but non of them worked.

There is a way, but real care needs to be taken that you don't
do something wrong (do a full restorable backup just in case).
You will also need to use terminal to do it.

If you use Bootcamp to remove the Windows install, this is done automatically.
Which is one reason that you simply do not delete a Windows install.
Can you post another with "Macintosh HD" selected? You don't seem to have a Windows partition to boot into.
The problem has been fixed. I erased again Macintosh HD, Container disv and the maindisc and then restored with External drive / My Passport drive.

I get it when I restart mac by pressing the option / alt key it goes to boot menu and in boot menu I see options for windows and mac.

You were supposed to remove the Windows partition using Boot Camp Assistant. Assuming of course you created it with it which you also should have done. You have to erase the entire drive first, then restore.
Can you post a screen shot of your Disk Utility screen?
