I was transferring photos via air drop from my iPhone to my iPad. It was working fine then I started to get an “airdrop failed” message. I have restarted both devices, disconnected and reconnected to WiFi. I have deleted apps in case it was a space issue. Help please.

Ok there was updates last night. Upside your phone and iPad to 12.1.3. Also go the settings and general and reset and rest network work settings. Ta

Thanks for your help. I updated both devices. Unfortunately maybe some of my photo files are too large and wouldn’t transfer. But I did get a majority of them moved.
