Even though my apps say they support only ipad they no longer fit my screen after the latest update (12.1.3) for my iPad Pro 9.7. This is very disappointing since now it’s harder to read for me. After googling this problem I see some have had this issue for sometime but yet there is still not fix. Please tell me how I can fix this issue.

The app developers are the ones who must adjust their apps to fit an Apple device. Apple has no ability to adjust a 3rd party app. I'd recommend reaching out to the app developer directly to express your dissatisfaction with the app on your iPad.
The Amazon Now App appears to be an iPhone only app.
There is no version of it for iPad, so it appears in the iPhone aspect ratio on iPad.
If you have other Apps that do this, make sure they are universal, and have iPad support.
The display is controlled by the App developer. It would be entirely up to the Amazon developers to make the App adjust to the iPad's screen.

if your issue is that the 2 lasts photos does not look like the first then click the lower right circle with the 2 arrows in it and it will look like the first screenshot
I did not mean to put two small pics. The large one is after hitting the arrow in the corner the other is the small. That app and the others all come up when I filter for just iPad use. They worked fine until the last update.
I’m just confused on why the app worked fine before the update and was wondering if anyone could explain why an update would cause this issue?
Also those pics are all after update. I can’t show how they looked before the update just that they were wider and fit the entire screen before I updated. Thanks
Why did they work on my iPad before I did the update this week? I’m not understanding why the update changed the app from fitting the screen. It now makes viewing more difficult for me.
