Mobile data slow after ios12 update

Hi All, I have been experiencing terrible slowness of my mobile data speed after I updated the software. I’m using an iPhone 8 and this problem is existing for more than a month now. I checked with the carrier and they said everything is fine and I have also tried their troubleshooting but it is still not working. Please help me with this one.
