How to change home address stored on iPad?

For two years I’ve had a new home address and postcode which my iPhone has assimilated. But every time I try to enter it on a form on my iPad, it reverts to my old one. I have updated it successfully in maps and contacts on “my card” and I have no linked contacts on there.

Any help much appreciated.
