Apple ID sent email today

My husband got an email from Apple ID on his iPhone 7, saying someone from Tunisia logged into his account and Apple had snow locked his account he has so much time to click & reset password or if he doesn't He will be locked out for good! I know this is NOT Right! We did not click on links his Apple Account is not locked we logged into it! What is UP Apple? Anyone else in Apple Community get any type of emails today Jan.23, 2019?

It's fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
