HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28a - Scanner Not Working on Mac but working on Windows

Hi,

I have a two week old HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28a, a multifunction printer - print, copy & scan. The issue: it is unable to scan on both my Mac Air and Mac Mini.

Printing is OK though.

Scanning is OK if I connect the M28a on a Windows7 pc.

I have updated all drivers and firmware to latest from HP and I have macOS Mojave 10.14.2 on both my Macs.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've no problem with how to use a working scanner.

This particular scanner model does not work on Macs, so I would love to hear feedback on that.
