Homekit Camera no response (D-Link Omna, or Logi Circle 2)

I have two homes, both with Apple TV4 and HomePods. Both work remotely to control devices. Both homes have the D-Link Omna camera indoors and both have 3 Logi Circle 2 cameras (wired). On my Home app on an iPhone XS and from the Home App on my MacBook, running 10.14.2 (Mohave), I can get the thumbnail images that have a time stamp showing activity, but when I click on the thumbnails from the favorites window or from within any rooms associated with these cameras, I get a count up timer, and a black screen with crossed out Camera icon and the warning comes up "No response". This Camera is not responding". This feature used to work, but I think the latest Apple HomePod iOS update to 12.1.3 or perhaps latest AppleTV update may have hosed the live stream feature??? I have tried all resolutions 360, 720, and 1080 that I can adjust from the Logic Circle 2 App (which does work fine), but I'm not able to do as much messing around with settings on the Omna camera... I have also tried turning off recording on the Logic Circle 2 App in camera settings, etc.... when on the lan via wifi within either home, this feature (steaming from within the Home App, works intermittently. I have very good cable bandwidth, via Cox Cable and few people ever in the house on the network, no gaming, etc... Any ideas? I can't seem to get any real help from Logitech, D-Link, or Apple on this.
