Download Proloque2go

I just purchased the 6th Gen ipad for my son who is on the autism spectrum, so I could download Proloquo2go (a communication ap) on it to supplement his speech therapy. It is not allowing the download and the error msg just states "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" and directed me to this website for assistance. Please help me figure this out.
