You will need to physically disconnect the SATA connector from the macOS disk side, temporarily, and boot from the USB Flash drive and choose the Windows icon (not EFI Boot). Once Windows is fully installed, then you have reconnect the macOS disk.
The second error message shows the error when the Mac has mire than one disk.

Can you use W10 1803 (April) ISO and test?

This is incorrect. The disk, which is disk0, is formatted using a Microsoft GPT layout. This is not the standard Mac partitioning scheme.

Reset SMC and NVRAM, and boot from the USB (it should be a USB2 Flash drive) and choose the Windows icon and retry.

This time installer allowed me to enter serial key and choose a version to install but fails to proceed with boot camp partition
Tried format = same result
Tried deleting the partition and installing on the unallocated space by creating a new partition
I have a ssd BTW

Exactly os x is installed on the ssd which I installed instead of optical disk, I am trying to install Windows on the original hard drive.
Drive 1 indicates that you have more than one physical drive. Are you trying to install Windows on an external disk and/or did you replace the Optical drive in your Mac with a second disk?
