PixelMags - Triathlete Magazine Subscription refund

Hi,

My Subscription to Triathlete Magazine is not available through PixelMags. PixelMags supports has sent me this message after I inquired about it:

"Thank you for contacting PixelMags Support. Unfortunately, the publisher for Triathlete will no longer be publishing content through us. To request a cancellation and/or refund, please contact Apple Customer Support as the purchasing system is maintained solely by iTunes."

Please advise me how to proceed, how I cannot access the content anymore.
