I received a phone call from Apple Care about not using any banking services on my iPhone or any other devices

I received an automated phone call from "AppleCare" about not using my iPhone or and other devices to do banking because of security reasons. Is this a scam?

It is indeed a scam. The callers are criminals trying to steal your personal and financial information.
