I forgot my passcode on my old phone, is there a way to save photos?

P.S I have not backup my photos

Is there a way to unlock my phone with the security questions?

Whatever you do not have backed up or saved elsewhere will be lost.

Backups must occur before catastrophes. After a catastrophe, it's too late.

No, iPhone cannot be unlocked using security questions.
