I understand that you are unable to update apps that came with your computer, but are getting an error message that updates are unavailable with your Apple ID. If these are apps that were installed on the computer when it was purchased, you may need to go to the Mac App Store and click on the Purchases tab and choose "Accept".
If these are apps that were downloaded subsequently, you will need to either log into the Apple ID that was used to download them or to delete them and download them again under the Apple ID you want to use.
