Screen shaking up and down when scrolling down or scrolling up

Hey

So since yesterday my iphone 7 screen started shaking upside and downside while just holding the screen or even when scrolling up n down, sometimes when im watching netflix it also just touches it self and the options to pause and sound bar show up, its become super annoying and i got this phone brand new only a few months ago

ive tried restarting and changing adapters and stuff i could find from google but i hope theres another way I can get this fixed

Well, this is a bad sign. If you bought it as new a few months ago, your device should be eligible for technical service.

I would recommend you to bring that phone to the store you bought it from and ask for a refund, if they sold it as new to you. Cause it's definitely not new at all!

I bought it from a mobishop that sells phones but its supposed to be one of the best places to buy phones from and also right now it isnt shaking anymore, sometimes it just stops shaking for no reason and stars after a few hours

Says that the telephone techincal service has expired but i can not find but i dont know how to check if this iphone was activated before i got it? Where do i do that

Thought i should mention that when charging, screen works perfectly fine. And the “problem” that i talked about doesnt happen 100% of the time even when not charging the phone, only most of the time.

Can you please check if your iPhone was activated before you?

To do so, head to Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support and enter your iPhone's serial number and see if it has a valid purchase date and if it's correct.

I've seen these bugs on iPhones that had their screens replaced at unauthorized service centres.
