AT&T is sending me over to you for support. Having issues sending a picture via text message over a cisco 3G micro cell

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if the link doesn't help, call AT&T back and speak to someone higher up as MMS is their feature.
