I phone XR microphone buzzing

I bought brand new Iphone XR . It's having microphone and speaker problem. apple replace it to another brand new phone which having same issue. Even apple cannot track the problem through there diagnosis. I still didn't get any support or resolution from apple yet! its been 60 days for today for this issue. :-( paid 799 for this !
