I am using an iPhone 11 since last october 20. But from 17 June 21 the bottom microphone not working properly sometime. Specially during heavy rainy weather.But when the weather becomes normal then it is working.I already visited the Apple authorised service centre. They just restore the software and returned to me.They told me that problem resolved.But when again rainy day came same problem appears again.

Take it back to the Apple Service Center and tell them it is not fixed, and give them the details you mentioned about which days exhibit the issue.
For example, if it only malfunctions in high humidity, it will never show the issue inside a cool, air conditioned service center.
