Voice memo not playing

Hi there, I just got iPhone XS 2 weeks ago and I transferred all my voice memo from iPhone 6s Plus via iTunes to it.

I realised this evening I can only play one recorded on 6 January from all I have before I got the phone. After reading from your site a suggestion to resolving the problem I I reset all settings yet the problem remains. Please advice. Many thanks

Cannot play Voice Memo files after iphone reset and ios update My request for support is as follows: I am using the Voice Memo app on my iphone. After a factory reset and ios update, I recovered my iphone via the icloud backup. Now, when I open the Voice Memo app, I can see all the recorded files that used to be there before the rest and update, but I cannot seem to play the audios. When I create a new recording on my freshly updated iphone, I am able to play the new audio file, but only the new file. How will I be able to play my old files again? Thank you in advance.
