Cannot play Voice Memo files after iphone reset and ios update

My request for support is as follows:

I am using the Voice Memo app on my iphone. After a factory reset and ios update, I recovered my iphone via the icloud backup.

Now, when I open the Voice Memo app, I can see all the recorded files that used to be there before the rest and update, but I cannot seem to play the audios. When I create a new recording on my freshly updated iphone, I am able to play the new audio file, but only the new file.

How will I be able to play my old files again?
