Can't enter My5 application

On my Apple TV 4k, when I try to enter My5, it says: "Update available: please update to version 1.6.34 now". When I click on "Update" it takes me to the main page of My5 but when I then click "Open" to view the channel it sends me back to the page requesting an update. Every time it does the same thing. If I try to purchase My5 again it brings me back to the same page, and when I try to update my software it tells me my Apple TV is already up to date. Basically I can't get into My5 and it's not allowing to update it. What should I do?
