Change storage plan not working

When I go in to the iCloud setting and click on Change Storage Plan, nothing happens

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're unable to upgrade your iCloud storage plan, as you mentioned nothing happens when you select to change the plan using your iOS device.

I suggest to force the Settings app to close, restart your device, and then test the behavior. You can see those steps in the following support articles: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch & Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
