why is there a tiny grey box that says “recent” next to a blocked number i blocked a year ago in my facetime blocked calls and why would they still be in my contact list?

I never unblocked the person why would it say recent?

Cannot block text message I am receiving text messages stating "Did you see this" and sometimes prefacing the message with with my first name. Blocked Caller Hello, I blocked a number that has been calling and texting me. It shows up on the list of blocked callers in my settings, however I am still getting calls and messages from this number. How do I make it stop? i don’t know who the person is and they call up to 5 times a day.
