Cannot block text message

I am receiving text messages stating "Did you see this" and sometimes prefacing the message with with my first name.

Only a telphone number is shown and I can't scroll down to block the message. I am getting this message every day. I do not recognize the telephone #. How can I block it without the ability to scroll down from the message? I went to Settings and Messages. I have "Filter Unknown Senders" checked. "lBlocked Contacts" just lists numbers I have blocked but no way to add to that list.
