Remove apps

I want to remove some apps. When I press the app it shakes but no x appears in corner to delete it. These are apps I added in the past.

Help please!

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions- iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = ??.
